Apply for registration in a register of craftsmen (craft subject to authorisation)

If you wish to practise a craft subject to authorisation, you must register in a register (craft register) maintained by your regionally responsible Chamber of Crafts before starting your entrepreneurial activity. In addition to the company owner (sole proprietor, partnership with legal capacity or legal entity), the craft register lists who takes over the management of the company. Management may be exercised either by the farmer or by an employed manager. The management must have the technical requirements for the exercise of the craft subject to approval.
