The Saxony-Anhalt State Administration Office is responsible for the funding of municipal sports facilities and club sports facilities, as well as for numerous project funding in the field of sports in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. This is also where the

Support for the Olympic Training Center Magdeburg / Halle,
promotion of the preparation for the Olympic Games and the Paralympics,
institutional support of the state sports federation and the trainer pool,
Promotion of the State Sports Federation (boarding schools, refectories),
Promotion of the State Sports School in Osterburg,
Promotion of sports projects (project promotion),
Support for the Ludwig Jahn Museum in Freyburg (sports museum),
Individual sponsorship of the "Sport in Saxony-Anhalt" foundation.

As a contact, mediator and advisor for the municipalities and districts, sports associations and clubs, it works closely with the relevant federal and state ministries, the German Olympic Sports Confederation and the State Sports Confederation.
