Register a representative for prostitution

Description

You can have the operation of your prostitution business operated by a representative. This can consist of one person or by several people. For this purpose, you must apply in writing for a proxy permit for each person.

As soon as you no longer use this person as a substitute, you must immediately report this to the competent authority. The proxy permit may be granted for a limited period.

Requirements

The alternate must:

be at least 18 years old,
possess the reliability required for the operation of a prostitution business.

Which documents are required?

Licence for the prostitution business for which the proxy licence is applied for,
Written application for the representation permit,
Identity card, passport, electronic residence title if applicable
Certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority according to document type "0" or European certificate of good conduct,
Central Trade Register extract for submission to an authority according to document type "9",
Certificate in tax matters issued by the competent tax office.
