Description

In the real estate cadastre, all parcels of land in the country are recorded. If an existing parcel is to be divided into several parcels (for example, for sale), the new parcels each receive their own parcel number. Thus, formally independent parcels have been formed. For this, you must always have a property survey carried out. Under certain conditions, you can dispense with property surveying.

Parcel determinations without property surveying are carried out without local surveying. The new parcel boundaries will be determined on the basis of previous official surveys. The new limits shall be calculated by the competent authority. You can have the parcel boundaries transferred to the location at any time by surveying and demarcation.
