Numerous disabled sports clubs in Saxony-Anhalt offer leisure, competitive and competitive sports for people with a physical or mental disability as well as with visual impairment. Disabled sports are available in almost all common sports.

Disabled sport also plays an important role in the rehabilitation of disabled people at the time of their stay in the hospital or rehabilitation facility.
