For the construction and operation as well as the substantial modification of the facilities and the operation of

• ports and transshipment points,
• landing stages and
• ferries

you require a permit.

As an operator of public ports, transshipment points, landing stages and ferries, you are obliged to set up and operate them properly. If circumstances so require, you can be exempted from the operating obligation upon application.
