Acquire state-owned land and real estate

Description

As citizens and companies, they can acquire state-owned and municipal land, buildings and objects that the state of Saxony-Anhalt or the municipalities no longer need.

Furthermore, you can bid for appropriation rights to ownerless land.

Prerequisites

At auction: Minimum bid must be reached or exceeded

Object must be ownerless:

Owner has renounced his property
Fiscal inheritance exists when the land is appointed as heir or existing heirs reject the inheritance

Commercially available objects:

Existence of an expert opinion by publicly appointed and sworn experts
Review is not older than 2 years

Procedure

Determination of the value of the object such as real estate, land or objects, announcement of the intention to sell by the public sector
Receipt of one or more purchase offers

At auction:

Check whether purchase offers have reached or exceeded minimum bids
Determining the highest bidders
If the minimum bid is not reached or no purchase offer is received: repeat at a later date
If the highest bid falls below the minimum bid, the sale must be approved by the Ministry of Finance.
If no offer in case of repeated tendering, handover to auction house with supra-regional or object-comparable references
