If you have set up a prostitution business, you can have it operated by a representative. To do this, you can appoint one or more persons as a proxy. To do this, you must apply for a proxy permit for each person appointed as a proxy.

The competent authority can issue this permit for a limited period.

The competent authority will check whether the person appointed as a deputy is reliable. If they are unreliable, the authority will reject the application for a proxy permit.

Please note that you may require further permits in addition to the prostitution business permit. You may also be required to register elsewhere. This applies in particular to the following legal areas:
