If you issue home work according to the Home Work Act (HAG), for the implementation of which special regulations of hazard protection apply, you are obliged to notify this. The notification must be made to two authorities: the responsible trade supervisory office and the responsible police authority. The competent police authority is usually the public order office.

The following data of the persons employed in home work must be reported:

• the first and last name
• the address of the place of work
