Apply for an extract from the real estate map for private purposes (geo-base information system)

Description

If you are the owner of a property, you can apply for an extract from the property map.

For private applications or for your own planning apply for an extract from the basic geographic information system (real estate map).

You will receive the extract in paper or digital form.

You will receive the extract in different scales.

The extract contains the following data, among others:

Data from the real estate cadastre
- Parcel boundaries
- boundary points
- Building floor plans
- Actual use
Combinations with other data, for example
- aerial photograph
- Display of point numbers

Prerequisites

You are the owner
or you are the holder of other rights
and you can prove a legitimate interest

Required documents

none

Fees (costs)

For example:

at a scale of 1:1000 with an aerial photograph in DIN A4 format: 20.00 Euro.
at a scale of 1:2000 with point numbers in DIN A 1 format: 40.00 euros.

You can also obtain extracts from the basic geographic information system (real estate map) from

the publicly appointed surveyors of the state
or from the municipalities and districts.
