Properties can consist of several parcels of land. This can be advantageous if only parts of a property are to be encumbered with a mortgage in the land register, for example. If such mortgages are no longer required and have been deleted, the affected parcels of land can be merged.

To do this, you can apply for a merger. The land registry will be involved by the responsible office.
