If you are the owner of a property, you can apply for an extract from the property register.

Other persons can also obtain extracts if they have a legitimate interest and can prove it.

For private applications apply for an extract from the basic geographic information system (real estate register).

This contains the following data:

• descriptive data (e.g. parcel number)
• Descriptive data (e.g. area of the parcels) from the real estate cadastre
• Land register and ownership details as, for example, parcel certificate,
• parcel and owner certificate
• optionally land valuation data.

You will receive the extract from the geo-base information system in paper or digital form.
