- information on the organisation and management of the institution, its activities and its relations with a higher-level organisation,
- the addresses of all bodies in which courses for the restoration of fitness for driving are to be carried out, within the competence of the respective recognition authority,
- if another recognition has already been granted, a list of already existing recognition notices stating the recognition authority, file number and date of recognition
Fees and expenses are incurred, the amount of which is based on the administrative burden and the economic advantage for the applicant, is laid down in the Scale of Charges for Road Transport Measures (RFees) and is determined by the recognition authority.
