Apply for parcel determination without property survey

Description

All parcels of land are recorded in the real estate register. If an existing parcel is to be divided into several parcels (e.g. for sale), the new parcels are each given their own parcel number. This means that formally independent parcels have been created. To do this, you must always have a property survey carried out. Under certain conditions, you can dispense with the property survey.

Parcel determinations without a property survey are carried out without a local survey. The new parcel boundaries are determined on the basis of previous official surveys. The new boundaries are calculated by the competent authority. You can have the parcel boundaries transferred to the local area by surveying and marking at any time.

Prerequisites

They are:
- Owner of the parcel
- Authorized person
- Holder of other rights
- Purchaser with notarized contract
The existing data is sufficient for calculating the new parcel boundaries.

Fees (costs)

Costs are incurred for

the determination and
keeping the register.

The fees depend on

the number of old and new boundary points,
the boundary length,
the standard land value zone and
the number of parcels.

The determination of parcels without a property survey is subject to VAT.

Submit the application for parcel determination without real estate surveying to a competent authority.
The competent authority calculates the new parcel boundaries from the existing data.
The results of the calculation are transferred to the real estate cadastre.
You can transfer the new parcel boundaries to the local area.
