After testing and a negative result, you may use the game meat as food or sell it to others.

You can also take the meat sample for Trichinella testing yourself. To do this, you need a permit to take the sample. You can obtain this from the competent authority in your place of residence by

• Proof of the required knowledge (proof of training or similar),
• presentation of your valid annual hunting license and
• presentation of your required reliability
