Assets that can be traded on a stock exchange in accordance with Section 23 BörsG are investment shares, commodities, foreign exchange and units of account. Exchange-tradable rights are derivatives. In Germany, these goods and rights are only traded on the EEX in Leipzig and the Eurex in Frankfurt and Eschborn.
