The construction, modification and change of use
- residential buildings of building classes 1, 2 and 3,
- other buildings of building classes 1 and 2,
- other structures other than buildings, and
- ancillary buildings and ancillary installations for buildings referred to in points 1 to 3;
does not require a building permit if the conditions are met. A notification must be made to the competent body.
Special constructions are excluded.
