If you are the owner of a property, you can apply for extracts from the property register. Other persons can also obtain extracts, provided they have a justified interest and can demonstrate it.

For presentation to the court or authorities, you need an extract from the property register with a guarantee function (official extract).

This contains the following data:

• identifying data (for example, parcel number)
• descriptive data (for example, area of the parcels) of the real estate cadastre
• land registry and ownership data as, for example, parcel certificate,
• parcel and ownership record
• optional land valuation data.

You will receive the extract in paper form.
