The acceptance of a power of attorney or care order issued by you can be increased by a public certification of your signature or hand signal. Such certification can be carried out by a notary or the supervisory authority of the city of Halle (Saale). The respective notary compares identity and signature and provides the corresponding document with a certification note and official seal.

A certification of signatures/hand signals by the supervisory authority is possible for a:

• Precautionary power of attorney
• Supervision order
